Our shipping methods
We ship all items within the US with USPS Priority Mail. We now offer free shipping confirmation and tracking for all ship methods except First Class International. You get an e-mail notification with a link that directly tracks your package so you can see where it is and when it was shipped. Orders take between 2-5 days to arrive.
All items outside the US are shipped by either First Class International, Priority US Mail Int. or Express Mail International. We recommend Priority Mail International since it's fairly fast, is tracked and can have insurance added to it. If you're in a rush, Express is a good choice but it is expensive in most cases. You will get a tracking number via e-mail to track your package once we ship it. Be aware that you may be charged customs, excise, duty or other taxes that are specific to where you live.
If you order a downloadable e-book or video tutorial, you will not be charged shipping. After ordering you will be e-mailed download instructions within 24-48 hours.
For Hot Wire Foam Tools, we do not directly ship these items. We have worked with the manufacturer for several years, and they use UPS ground within the US which takes usually 3-7 days for items to arrive. That includes international.
Product Returns
Animate Clay has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. What this means is, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with our products you are entitled to a full refund. Simply ship your item back to us in re-sellable condition within 30 days.
Animate Clay will refund you with either a check sent to your address, or a PayPal refund depending on the method of payment you made with us.
Make sure to add a letter in with your return with your name, address, telephone, order number "if you have one", and the name of the person or company in which to refund your purchase. Or, if your item arrived damaged and you simply want an exchange, no problem. We can do that to. Here is our address where you can return your items:
