Shipping policy

For items that are physically shipped (this excludes digital downloads) we have a few ways we get orders out to you.

For the majority of items we ship Priority US Mail and Priority Express US Mail (domestic and international). This includes our armature kits, clay, tools and puppet making supplies.

With set stages (not the stage meshes) we ship UPS. This is to save you money on these very big items. If you order a set stage and other items from the store, we will combine those items in with your UPS box.

When we ship Hot Wire Foam tools, those are shipped First Class US Mail for free (from our California warehouse) to your destination within the US. If you order these tools from outside the USA, you will be charged shipping at checkout.

If you order a downloadable e-book, capture software or video tutorial, you will not be charged shipping. After ordering you will be e-mailed download instructions with the e-mail address you provided.
